We made over $100 Billion in
securities transactions in 2007. Currently, we are experimenting with new
algorithms to expand our business.

Chris Petruzzi, Founder &
CEO, Smart Execution, LLC.
Prior to founding Smart Execution, Chris developed one of the first
systems to profitably trade NASDAQ stocks with full automation. He also
developed the first APT (Arbitrage Pricing Theory) software to ever
operate on a PC, and licensed it to
NIS
,
which currently uses it's core technology on systems distributed to over
65 major financial institutions. Chris is a tenured Professor at
California
State
University
's
School
of
Business
and Economics and previously held professorships at Wharton and NYU's
Stern School of Business. Chris holds a patent on an innovative system
for asset allocation and has published numerous academic and professional
papers in economics and tax. Chris has an undergraduate degree in
economics from
Wabash
College
, an MBA from the
University
of
Chicago
, and a PhD in finance
and business taxation from the
University
of
Southern California
.
Michael Dilios, COO, Smart Execution, LLC
Prior to joining Smart Execution,
Michael was with Pearl Investments for six years where he was head trader
and finally Chief Operating Officer.
Pearl Investments specialized in high performance computer based
arbitrage models. Prior to that,
he owned various Maine businesses and graduated from The University of
Southern Maine.
Donald Wycoff,
Chief Software Architect, Smart Execution, LLC.
Donald has been a professional software developer for over 20
years. Before coming aboard Smart Execution, LLC., Donald was
senior developer for a privately traded hedge fund which developed a high
performance equities arbitrage system. He attended U.C. Berkeley as an
undergraduate where he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science with a specialty in Artificial Intelligence. Donald has
worked in an array of industries, including GPS/GIS embedded
systems, Chemical Analysis, Telephony, Global Network Management,
Embedded Medical Devices, and Automotive. He was also a professor of
Computer Science at American River College in Sacramento, CA during the
early 1990's. Donald is a published author of fantasy and science fiction
stories, and enjoys dabbling in robotics when he can find the time. He
lives with his family in the Lakes Region of southern Maine.
